Feeding the Frequency: Giving Your Field a Seat at the Table

Feeding the Frequency: Giving Your Field a Seat at the Table

I almost didn’t write this.

Not because I didn’t want to, but because I forgot to invite myself.
The part of me that speaks from the sinew, not the strategy.
The field was set, the meal warm, but the host? MIA. Again.

There’s a sacred betrayal in skipping your own frequency.
You don’t mean to abandon it, but the day fills with noise.
Deadlines. Dishes. Spirals. Sports pickups.
Flashbacks. Forward projections.
And somewhere in between the mental gymnastics and mismatched socks, you forget the quantum field even existed.

Let me remind us both:
The field doesn’t leave.
You do.

The quantum field, this infinite, intelligent matrix of Source, doesn’t care if you’re 20 days late or 2 pounds heavier or have 5 open browser tabs and a shaky breath.
It meets you exactly where you are.
It doesn’t need you to be good.
It needs you to be honest.

Anthony Bourdain knew this.

He didn’t call it frequency work, but he lived it.
Raw. Wild. Unedited.
He didn’t show up as a teacher, he showed up as a participant.
Knife in hand. Camera rolling. Still bleeding sometimes. Still laughing.
Saying yes to the mess.

“You learn a lot about someone when you share a meal together.”
— Anthony Bourdain

He knew how to sit at a table with both saints and strangers.
How to eat with his eyes, to listen through the salt.
He showed up for the truth — even when it burned going down.
And now? If you quiet your system, you can feel him still showing up.
Not as a ghost. Not as a brand.
As a frequency. A tone in the field.

I asked him today, What would you say to people right now?

What he shared was unfiltered. It wasn’t clean, it feels raw.
It feels like him:

“Stop pretending you’re too evolved to hurt.
Stop skipping dinner with your soul because you’re too fucking tired.
The field is still hot.
Pull up a chair.”

This share isn’t just for creators or entrepreneurs.
It’s for anyone who’s ever tried to fix their pain with busyness.
For the ones who “do fine” in public but unravel on the toilet with the door locked.
For the ones who replaced alcohol with ambition. Or pills with people-pleasing.
For the ones who came back from the dead... slowly, without applause... and still aren’t sure if they’re allowed to call it healing.

This share is for the returners.

The ones who stopped showing up because they didn’t feel “high vibe.”
The ones who bought the damn green juice but forgot to drink it.
The ones who still taste shame at the back of their tongue when they try to be seen.

You don’t need to be perfect.
You just need to let your field eat.

Giving your frequency a seat at the table…

…is how we reconnect the heart and root.
How we stop outsourcing our vitality to gurus and Gantt charts.
It’s how we teach the nervous system: I’ve got you. I’m not leaving.
Even when the hands shake.
Even when the words are clunky.
Even when the kitchen is loud and the kids are feral and your sacral feels like it swallowed a thunderstorm.

The Earth doesn’t want your paycheck.
She wants your pulse.

Barefoot, sun-drunk, tear-stained.
She wants you here.

And when you give her your truth, not the curated one, but the tangled, tenacious one, she responds.
With sensation. With signs.
With the subtle opening of timelines that say, yes, you may keep going.

“Maybe that’s enlightenment enough: to know that there is no final resting place of the mind.
No moment of smug clarity.
Perhaps wisdom… is realizing how small I am, and unwise, and how far I have yet to go.”
— Anthony Bourdain

That’s the frequency.

That’s the field.

Not superiority, but sincerity.

The bravest people I know aren’t the loudest.
They’re the ones who keep showing up
... even after addiction, rejection, incarceration, grief, or being told their truth was too much.

They’re the ones who now speak softly.
Who walk barefoot.
Who start again.
And again.
And again.

So today, here’s what I’m serving:

This offering.
This remembrance.
This little breadcrumb trail back to the table where your soul can sit without shame.

Because even if you missed the “best” part,
even if your offering today is just breath,
the field doesn’t close the door.

It waits.
Not impatiently.
But expectantly.

Let’s talk logistics — for the Muggles.

The quantum field is not imaginary.
It’s measurable, interactive, and alive.
It’s the space between the atoms, and the intelligence holding the atoms in formation.
When you “show up” to it — through presence, intention, ritual, art, or simply not numbing... you communicate with all of creation.

You don’t need an altar.
You don’t need a following.
You need a moment of truth.

The moment you say:
I’m still here.
Let’s cook something real.

Anthony again, through my bones now:

“You have to be willing to walk into the fire.
You have to be willing to feel everything.
The taste. The terror. The tenderness.
You can’t half-ass this life and expect it to taste good.”

You’re not behind.
You’re not broken.
You’re just cooking slowly.

And today?
Today is enough.
